I recently discovered a very fancy bar/restaurant in the center of Vienna. "Le loft" is a sky bar with some real big city vibes. It's located on the 16th floor of the amazing hotel "Sofitel Vienna"
While enjoying some delicious (and expensive!) drinks you will get the most breathtaking view over the city.

I'd say it's the perfect spot for a special night out with friends or a coffee date in the morning.
